Welcome to the Rachel Bailey State Farm Agent office in Portsmouth, VA! As your local insurance agent and a proud mother of three successful children, I’m here to help other families protect what matters most. We are licensed across three states and proudly serve all of Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina. Locally, we serve Portsmouth, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and beyond throughout the Hampton Roads region.

When I’m not busy with work or community service, I enjoy kayaking, boating, spending time with my family, and playing with our pets.
